Thief caught with his pants down literally
Most burglars are caught red-handed, but one alleged thief in Arizona was caught by his own pants.
The young man found himself in trouble on Friday when his ill-fitting pants became hooked on a spiked gate during the getaway, leaving him upside down and defenceless.
A locksmith working at Miles-Exploratory Learning Centre is believed to have spooked the alleged thief, causing him to catastrophically fail at fleeing over the sharp fence.
Passerby Jesse Sensibar nabbed a picture of the strung-up, exposed man, sharing the strange story on Facebook.
"I saw this homie hanging around at the Miles School this morning when I was rolling eastbound on Broadway Avenue," Mr Sensibar wrote.
Mr Sensibar doesn't think it ended well for the young man, who is believed to have broken into the school which was closed for Spring Break.
"I don't know what his story was but it must not have been good enough," he says.
"Fifteen minutes later when I went back by the other direction going home, he was cuffed up in the backseat."
