Jacinda Ardern: 'Fat Freddy's to play at Parliament is a great idea'

During a Facebook live event with potential future Prime Minister of New Zealand Jacinda Adern, a Facebook user decided to ask the serious questions...would she get Fat Freddy's Drop to play on parliament grounds if she became Prime Minister.

Adern spoke about her fondness for the kiwi hitmakers and added "I don't know if parliament grounds are big enough to host every past and present member of Fat Freddys Drop,"

"They're amazing. I used to live in Wellington and I'm pretty sure the first time I heard them play... might have been at Matterhorn, [a venue] that sadly Wellington is looking to lose. I think the last time I saw them they played over on Waiheke Island."

"That would be amazing - let's write that down, that's a great idea," laughed Ardern.
