For water-based Pokemon, go to coastal areas and waterfronts like Oriental Bay.
Grass-based Pokemon will be found at your local parks and in rural areas.
Urban areas will give you mostly common Pokemon like Zubats and Pigey.
The CBD seems to give you semi-rare Pokemon you wouldn't normally find in the suburbs.
Rare Pokemon will pop up when you least expect it, otherwise if you're in the market for a Dratini, Dragonair or Golduck, go to a beach or waterfront.
