A$AP Rocky was arrested earlier this month after his alleged involvement in an assault in Stockholm and is currently being held in prison.
Reports of inhumane conditions emerged soon after his incarceration and the rapper has now found an unlikely ally in US President Donald Trump.
According to Trump, Kanye West reached out to explain the situation. Trump tweeted out that interaction and soon after followed up with his progress.
Trump then gave an update after the 'very good call' he had with the 'very talented' Swedish Prime Minister where he personally vouched for the rapper.
Rocky was billed to appear at Tomorrowland this weekend but has been forced to miss the festival alongside a number of other European tour dates due to his imprisonment.
