Learner driver arrested for showing up at driving test in stolen car

News 25/10/2019

We all know driving tests can be a stressful time, but this dude didn't seem phased at all, swanning up to his test in a stolen car unsupervised. Man's got some balls.

The man was arrested on suspicion of taking the vehicle without the owner's consent, but that isn't even the worst part.

Before his arrest, the driver took the test and failed FOR THE TENTH TIME. Yikes.

The West Midlands Police shared a photo of the car the man used to sit his test, explaining the situation:

If you think that's bad, a man in South Yorkshire finally passed his driving test in 2017 after a huge 33 attempts. You'd think you'd have just given up by that point, honestly.

After attempting to get his license for 25 years, Christian Whiteley-Mason finally made it, saying: "I can't believe I've actually finally passed after all these years. I'm still in shock!"

"There was this one examiner at the Barnsley test centre who I used to pray I didn't get. She was notoriously tough and she failed me every time. I had 56 lessons with my first instructor and eventually he told me to just give up as I would never pass."

We don't know if we would trust him on the road after failing that many times...
