Sweat With Pride challenges Kiwis to sweat for 21 minutes every day throughout August to get fit and raise money to support our Rainbow communities.
Everyday life is still too damn hard for our Rainbow communities. 1 in 5 of our Rainbow youth have attempted suicide, our gay and bi guys account for almost 80% of new HIV transmissions, and more than half of our Rainbow whānau have experienced mental illness.
Sweat with Pride was created by the New Zealand AIDS Foundation to improve the lives of Rainbow Kiwis.
Campaign proceeds will be used to fund life saving counselling services, sexual health testing and community events like the Big Gay Out, plus, 20% of campaign profits will be donated to Rainbow Youth.
