With COVID-19 putting the live music scene on hold, Sydney-based producer LO’99 is getting creative in finding new ways to connect and collaborate with his fans and peers.

Kicking off on Thursday 9 April and continuing every Thursday since, LO’99 has invited anyone and everyone to tune in to watch or get involved by adding their own input into the track’s creation to form the 'Mega Collab' - the next session is live on Twitch Thursday 23 April at 6pm NZT.

After the first session drew over 600 live viewers tune in and over 50 collaborators lend some creative input, before the second session exploded, reeling in 28,000 viewers and input from UK dance music royalty the Stanton Warriors as well as LO’99's mum and Aussie favourites Benson, Odd Mob & Stace Cadet. Watch a recap of the epic second session up top!

'I’d been planning to tap into Twitch for ages and when my US tour was cut in half and I found myself in mandatory isolation I thought there was no time like the present,' LO said. 'I wanted to find a way to involve anyone and everyone and provide a fun platform to collaborate so I decided to give this a try.'

Make sure you tune in to see how the track turns out!
