Auckland-based producer Sturling recently announced he will be stepping away from music for the remainder of the year, but not without releasing a little leaving gift in the form of a nine track EP.
'Last Call' compiles Sturling's signature bootlegs synonymous with his sets, with the bootleg pack including flips of tracks by drum and bass heavyweights Netsky, Dimension, Sub Focus, Flowidus, Friction and more.
'The Bootleg EP had been in the making for over a year now. It was just February last year, before we went into Lockdown that Conor had the idea to remix his favourite D&B songs, slow them down and implement his unique production on the covered tracks. Essentially make the D&B songs fit into a Trap BPM.'
You can stream the project below.
After making regular appearances on George Nights during the Too Cut Takeover slot and being nominated for Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the 2020 Georgies, we wish Sturling all the best as he moves home to Wellington to be with family. You're always welcome at George.
