The Upbeats announce new album and NZ tour

music news 20/07/2021

Kiwi drum and bass legends The Upbeats have been on absolute tear after announcing in April that they would be taking a break from gigs to knuckle down in the studio.

Releasing three singles - Realm, Divide and Horizon - the pair have now revealed more details about the larger body of work they're putting together.

'Not Forever' is set to arrive August 27 on VISION Recordings, with features from Fat Freddy’s Drop frontman Joe Dukie, Jordan Dennis, Levine Lale, Sylvee, Syrene Favero and US MC Armanni Reign.

The release will be their sixth studio album - an impressive feat from the pair of pioneers.

On top of the album release, you can also catch them touring NZ from late August to early October.
