The 'How Bow Dah' girl has been sentenced to five years probation

News 02/08/2017

Before she shot to viral fame, Danielle Bregoli was threatened with jail-time over a number of bizarre incidents.

Now the fourteen year old has been sentenced to five years under probation in Florida.

Last month she pleaded guilty to grand theft, grand theft auto, marijuana possession and filing a false police report.

And in May last year Bregoli reported domestic battery, only when the police arrived she tried to pass powdered sugar spread across her bathroom as an illegal narcotic.

Yes, she's in trouble for PRETENDING to have drugs...

The state was pushing for Bregoli to serve her sentence in Florida, but she's been allowed to serve her time in California, where her mum lives.

Her father, Ira Peskowitz is less than stoked. He has been very vocal about his daughter's exploitation since she rose to internet fame. Peskowitz believes she's been groomed for a career in porn.

"She posts 24-7. It's controlled by an alleged management team that promotes absurd behaviour for a 14-year-old child."

We know, we know. Can she stop being famous already? But a five year probation sentence seems like good news for all involved. Surely this means her online presence is going to have to calm down...

Yeah. About that...

During her courtcase Pekowtiz requested that his daughter's internet acceess would be restricted.

This was denied.

So, she'll be on probation til she's 19, but you'll still be able to cash her on the Gram.
