Our resident nutritionist, Jess Blair, chatted to us this morning about dealing with stress and how it can become pretty unhealthy.

So it turns out, coffee can be a pretty big contributor to that stress as well. Although we don't realise it, the way coffee makes your body feel is the same way stress does, and our body can't differentiate the two.
