After getting his measurements wrong, this UK Personal trailer drank 200 cups of coffee in one go.

A personal trainer in the UK sadly passed away after getting his measurements wrong when sorting out his caffeine powder. 

Tom Mansfield accidentially measured up to 5 grams, the equivalent to drinking up to 200 cups of coffee at once, and overdosed from the deadly levels of caffeine.

While the recommended weight is between 60 to 300mg of powder, up to twice a day, Mansfield's kitchen scales were found to weigh from 2 to 5000 grams, and since Mansfield's powder didn't come with a measuring scoop, got his calculations wrong.
