UFC star Conor McGregor has hit the headlines for the wrong reasons once again.
According to reports in the Miami Herald, the Irishman was taken into police custody after an incident with a fan and charged with multiple offences.
The report alleges that the former lightweight champion smashed a fans' phone outside Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel after he attempted to take a photo of him as he was walking home from a club in the early hours of the morning.
McGregor was charged with strong-armed robbery and criminal michief.
McGregor last fought in October 2018 at UFC 229, losing to Khabib Nurmagomedov by submission.
