World's smallest Maccas opens to save the bees and we're all about it

News 24/05/2019

We're all aware (or bloody well should be) that the world's bee population has rapidly declined in recent years, which will have major environmental effects if it continues.

Maccas is doing it's part in trying to increase bee populations in a pretty cool way though - they have unveiled a mini version of their resturants complete with drive thru windows and tables, but on the inside it's actually a fully functioning beehive. It's been designed to attract thousands of 'important guests' every day.

Throughout Sweden, McDonald's already have many restaurants with beehives on their roofs as part of their initiative towards the wellbeing and preservation of bees.

Check out the mini Maccas in the video above.
