Let's be honest, this one should be obvious but if you need an explaination on why you should down a some water asap then here it is. Alchohol is a diuretic, so when your body will draw from any available source of water, including your brain.
Eggs are packed full of amino acids which will help boost your liver function plus break down any other chemicals that might be causing your head to feel like it's been hit by a tonne of bricks. Pair your eggs with some bacon and you've got one delicious tasting hangover breakfast.
Whilst coffee is a diuretic, if you drink coffee on the daily then you should continue to stick with it even when you're hungover. The caffeine will help give you a boost of energy and the liquid in the coffee will help rehydrate you some what.
4. Peppermint Tea
If you're not a coffee drinker then try get some peppermint tea into ya. It will help decrease stomach pain & nausea.
5. Chicken Noodle Soup
Not only will the liquid in the soup help replenish some much needed water levels but the chicken also contains amino acids that will help with boosting your liver function.
A bottle of powerade is packed full of electrolytes so get one of these bad boys into you if you want to restore yourself asap.
Potassium within the body usually takes a hit when drinking. Bananas contain potassium. Need we say more.
8. Pickle Juice
Last but not least we've saved the most interesting one for last however some people swear by it. It does make sense though as the liquid contains vinegar, salt and water which are all things that will help the body rehydrate and restore its electrolyte and sodium levels.
