An Australian version of 'The Office' is on the way, and wtf have they done to Dunder Mifflin?

Please. God. No!

Hold on to your dundies because an Aussie version of the legendary TV show ‘The Office' is officially happening and I’m about to explode with excitement!

Can I get a "That's what she said!"?

Prime Video spilled the beans on this exciting spin-off, and guess who's playing the eccentric Regional Manager? Drumroll, please!

It's none other than Aussie comedian Felicity Ward, stepping into the iconic shoes of Michael Scott.

Well, not literally, because to our absolute shock, her character won’t be called Michelle Scott. NoOoOo!

Felicity is picking up the role of Hannah Howard, the Managing Director of Flinley Craddick, an Aussie packaging company.

They’ve also gone and changed the name of the company from the iconic Dunder Mifflin to Flinley Craddick. Seriously, wtf were they thinking? Dunder Mifflin is and always will be the primo.

“In The Office Australia, Hannah Howard is the managing director of packaging company Flinley Craddick. When she gets news from Head Office that they will be shutting down her branch and making everyone work from home, she goes into survival mode, making promises she can’t keep in order to keep her ‘work family’ together,” Prime Video described the Aussie adaption.

Sounds like a recipe for hilarious disaster, doesn't it?

Now, I know what you're thinking, ‘how the heck is she going to pull off the legendary role?’ But trust me, Felicity Ward has got the comedic chops to pull this off. She's already cracking jokes...

You may have seen her in ‘The Inbetweeners 2’ and know she's guaranteed to crack us up.

But wait, there's more! Prime Video also revealed the all-star cast joining Felicity Ward. We've got Edith Poor from ‘Lord of the Rings: Rings Of Power’, Shari Sebbens from ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’, Josh Thomson from ‘Young Rock’, Jonny Brugh from ‘What We Do In The Shadows’, and many more hilarious comedians. Talk about a talented crew!

So, mark your calendars because filming starts in Sydney this month, and we can expect the show to drop sometime in 2024. We’ll keep you posted
