WATCH: Kiwi fella’s US mates learn special haka in just 24 hours and it's legit 'next level'

"It's hard to find real brothers like this."

A video of a group of Americans performing a special haka for their mate living abroad has gone viral on TikTok.

Jarom Ngakuru, a tāne Māori living in the US, shared the emotional moment, and it's got everyone deep in their feels.

Jarom's American mates managed to teach themselves the haka in secret within just one day. 24 hours later, the group performed it for Jarom because he couldn't make it home to NZ for his nan's tangi (funeral).

"The hardest part about living in America is that we live so far away. I couldn't make it home for my nan's funeral and I was BROKEN! So my boys at work learned the haka without me knowing and brought it home to me🏠 ," Jarom captioned the post.

Kiwis and others around the world have been moved by this special video.

"It’s hard to find real brothers like this. Sorry for your loss uso," one wrote.

"You know it's a good haka when it makes you emotional. You have some awesome American whānau right there," another wrote.

"Every time I see the haka it makes my eyes water. but this was next level," A third agreed. "So much respect there 🙏."

"Actually the best haka I've seen done by Americans🔥" a fourth wrote.

There truly is nothing like brotherhood in moments like these.
