Former NBA big man Shaquille O’Neal has some potentially massive tunes coming after confirming that he has been working with Diplo and has aspirations to collaborate with Skrillex.
“I really look up to Diplo and Skrillex,” he told Page Six. “I’m working on some music with Diplo at the moment and would love to get in the studio with him and Skrillex soon.”
After a long hiatus from music, Shaq - now going by DJ Diesel - dropped a new track with Lil Jon and NGHTMRE in February, and sounds like he has plenty more in the works.
The Hall of Fame NBA centre has released five studio albums as a rapper, with his first effort Shaq Diesel certified Platinum.
He is also busy preparing for the third edition of Shaq’s Fun House, his festival that kicks off in Miami at the end of the month and has previously featured Migos, Tiesto, Diplo, Lil Jon and T-Pain.
