Last weekend The xx had their first appearance on SNL ever, where they played their new single 'On hold' and debuted a track called 'I dare you' and some interesting dance moves.

The xx's third studio album I See You is set to drop mid-January next year. Which marks their first official release since the 2012 album Coexist, although they did reunite last year for frontman Jamie xx’s solo project In Colour last year.
