Retirement home that hired strippers for its wheelchair-bound patients forced to apologise

Kickons at the retirement home team!

Done with town? Well call an uber to grandpa's place because it's looking like retirement homes are the place to be.

A Taiwanese nursing home hired strippers for its wheelchair-bound patients but had to apologise after a bit of online outrage.

The Taoyuan Veterans Home, which is a state-run facility for retired army veterans, organised an adult entertainer to put on an x-rated show to celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival - an important holiday in Chinese culture.

In a video posted to social media, the woman is seen dressed in lacy lingerie, giving a raunchy performance and even giving one man a lap dance.

The old boys were loving it - they were laughing and clapping along, with one copping a consensual feel.

The video quickly went viral and people were not happy about it, saying the adult entertainer was too “enthusiastic” and “fiery” for a nursing home, forcing them to apologise.

They released a statement saying, “The intention of the event was to entertain residents and make them happy. We are very sorry for the offence that was caused.”

As well as hiring a stripper, the nursing home said they also organised bingo and karaoke for the veterans to play. Wholesome.

As we said before, judging from the vid it seems like they were having a ball of a time so it can't be that bad can it?

For or against, were sure it's a night the patients will be talking about for the rest of their lives.
