With two new albums delivered this year already, it looks like Skrillex has plenty more in the tank. And it could be here sooner than we think.
Quest For Fire and Don’t Get Too Close dropped in February, and earlier today he teased the potential of a further TWO albums: SKRLX and CONTRA.
While no further info is on offer, there's plenty of theories floating around. After announcing what is sure to be a massive Red Rocks show, fans think that the release of one of the albums will align with the event - much like the release of Don't Get Too Close which dropped during Skrillex's Madison Square Garden show with Four Tet and Fred Again.
As for album content - fans are theorising that one of the albums will be Latin-influenced. As for concrete info - the tweet is about all we have. Check out the screengrab Skrillex shared below - which included shocked reactions from the likes of Hardwell, Madeon, Gladde Paling, Eptic, Nitepunk and San Holo to name a few. To say we're excited is an understatement.
Back in February when he released Quest For Fire the George DJs had a bit of a roundtable to pick the biggest tracks from the release.
Ratata emerged as a heavy favourite - you can bump that below as we look forward to more from the man himself!
